Following on from SXSW in March, industry folk from all over the globe are set to head to the US East Coast, where New York Sound City is set to return for another year in 2014. Held at The Wythe hotel in Brooklyn during the day and at the Knitting Factory at night, New York Sound City brings the model of Liverpool Sound City to the US and showcases some great UK artists through the showcase for a whole new audience of music lovers.
The conference itself focuses on US and UK artists and businesses and how they can work together successfully, considering they are the two biggest music markets in the world. The sessions throughout the day will feature discussions, round table sessions and panel talks and will feature the following industry names:

The artist lineup set to perform at the showcase event is still being rolled out with the likes of Skepta set to headline. PINS and Cubs and Spades (featuring original Arctic Monkeys bassist, Andy Nicholson) have also been confirmed to perform.
